Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a float position, delivering patient-centered care across multiple hospital and clinic sites within the health system in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The role requires coverage of weekends and holidays, 0.8 FTE, and licensure in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. The PT will support staffing continuity and provide evidence-based therapy within established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed with Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed with Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple hospital and clinic sites.
• Support staffing continuity by covering leaves and PTO.
• Take weekend and holiday rotations.
• Deliver care in accordance with licensure requirements and clinical practice guidelines.
