Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and education within our facility. The role requires compliance with the Code of Ethics, accreditation standards, and departmental policies while delivering high-quality MSK rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities include patient plan of care management, collaboration with PT/ PTA teams, and participation on committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, teaching, and participation on committees.
• Collaborate with PT/PTA teams and other staff for patient plans of care.
• Provide timely updates to patients and families; document in EMR.
• Contribute to process improvement and cost-reduction efforts.
• Support education of clinical interns and students.
• Maintain productivity and meet department timelines.
