Job summary

HealthPartners Hand Therapy is seeking a Float Hand Therapist to provide direct patient care across outpatient sites within the system. The position supports staffing continuity by covering extended leaves and PTO absences, delivering consistent care during periods of sustained need.

The Float HT will serve a primary region with occasional assignments to adjacent sites, and must practice within state licensure and EPIC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s in occupational or physical therapy.
• Licensure: Minnesota Board of Occupational or Physical Therapy; NBCOT if OT.
• Proficient with communication and data processing equipment; EPIC EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across outpatient rehab sites.
• Cover extended leaves and PTO to ensure staffing continuity.
• Practice hand therapy within state licensure and EPIC guidelines.
