Job summary

Concentra is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Float to support patient care across our Round Rock centers. You will evaluate and treat patients, design and implement rehabilitation programs, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and safe, effective care.

You will work within our Injury Process Management framework and occupational medicine philosophy, with opportunities for professional development, a set schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred
• Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility
• Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to deal with people professionally
• HIPAA/PHI compliance knowledge per federal and state laws

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate physical problems.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments for coordinated treatment.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in center meetings and professional development.
