Job summary

Concentra seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Temple/Round Rock care team. You will evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy programs, collaborating with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

You will document thoroughly, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in ongoing education. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, patient education, and achieving optimal recovery outcomes for diverse adult patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• 2+ years ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with evaluation and treatment planning for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological issues and plan therapy.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments.
• Communicate progress and discharge plan to patients and team.
• Administer and progress therapeutic modalities and exercises.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support center operations and patient education.
