Job summary

Advocate Health in Milwaukee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary evaluations. The role requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy and state licensure, with no prior experience required.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure patient progression. Responsibilities include documenting care, scheduling, and billing compliance, and potentially supervising PT

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work (BLS within 90 days).
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets referrals and performs musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Develops and implements a plan of care; monitors outcomes; adjusts treatments.
• Plans discharge including home programs and family instruction; coordinates with care team.
• Documents all patient care per policy; completes statistics, billing, and scheduling.
• May supervise PT aides or students as requested.
