Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist Full Time to join our team in Bloomington, MN. 55425 & surrounding areas. The role includes blood collection, data entry, and travel to multiple locations while maintaining high-quality patient service.

The position offers overtime, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. A phlebotomy certification or completed training program is preferred, with a high school diploma as a minimum requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
