Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team at 210 South Grand Avenue Suite 324 Glendora, CA 91741. The role covers multiple sites with a schedule that varies from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays.

You will perform venipuncture, capillary collections, and specimen processing while ensuring accurate data entry and quality patient service. Travel to additional sites is required to support coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
