Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Arlington, TX, supporting multiple sites including Grand Prairie and Mansfield. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with potential overtime and weekends as needed.

You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections, manage specimen processing, data entry, and billing duties, while delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills for venipuncture and capillary collection across age groups.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for patient interactions.
• Ability to handle data entry and surrounding administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed; reliable transportation required.
