You will support various clinics and patient encounters, delivering accurate results and quality service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year phlebotomy experience or certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or accreditation training required.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; flexible to overtime and driving to multiple sites.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient data.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and staff.
• Travel to additional sites as required.
