• SAFE Act registration at time of employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, resolve issues, and build rapport with customers.
• Refer customers to business partners for selling and cross-selling of bank products.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and stay up to date with changes.
• Handle referrals with tracking tools and monitor referral progress.
• Participate in daily huddles, sales meetings, and staff meetings.
