Fifth Third Bank in Saint Charles, IL is seeking a Personal Banker Associate II to join our retail team and progress through a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. The role focuses on sales development, relationship building, and promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services while delivering exceptional service.

The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience, and knowledge of Retail policies with SAFETY Act registration.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Strong mathematical acumen to analyze credit and financial information.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment partners to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes and protect customer confidentiality.
