Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a friendly Float Patient Service Representative to support Wheat Ridge, Thornton, Lafayette, Uptown and Aurora locations. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours with varying start times between 6:30am and 9pm, mileage reimbursement for travel between sites, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will welcome and check in patients, verify insurance, schedule imaging appointments, handle billing-related documentation, and deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office or hospital experience preferred.
• Insurance verification and authorization experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Northern Float Patient Service Representative for Wheat Ridge, Thornton, Lafayette and Uptown locations (Aurora optional)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, Varying hours from 6:30am-9pm (Hours based on business needs)

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is looking for a friendly, dependable Float Patient Service Representative to support our Southern Colorado imaging centers full-time, weekdays, Monday-Friday hours from 6:30am-9pm in multiple Touchstone locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between assigned locations.
