Touchstone Medical Imaging in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to support our outpatient imaging center. The role involves scheduling diagnostic exams, checking patients in/out, answering calls, and assisting with authorizations and verifications.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, delivering warm, professional patient care in a collaborative environment. Prior medical office experience is preferred; strong customer service and computer skills are

• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle high patient volume with accuracy.
• Strong customer service and computer skills; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check patients in and out and answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate information to the billing office.
• Verify insurance details and ensure patient data integrity.

Touchstone of Aurora is currently seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to work in our Aurora location Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4pm. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative outpatient environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
• Assist with Authorization and Verifications
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering Multiple Phone Lines
• Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
• Insurance Verification
• Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered into System
• Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Requirements:

• 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital
• Experience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification preferred
• Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
• Strong Customer Service and Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task
