Job summary

Lumexa Imaging partner Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a friendly Float Patient Service Representative to support our Southern Colorado imaging centers full-time, weekdays, Monday-Friday. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between assigned locations.

You will check in patients, schedule imaging, verify insurance, and deliver exceptional service across Aurora, Dry Creek, Uptown, and Castle Rock centers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office or hospital experience preferred.
• Experience verifying insurance and obtaining authorizations is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills are expected.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients for imaging visits.
• Schedule diagnostic imaging appointments across locations.
• Verify insurance and obtain required authorizations.
• Answer incoming calls and manage patient communications.
• Check patients in/out and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with billing-related documentation as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple imaging centers.
