Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our float pool. You will plan and execute patient-centered OT programs across neonatal to geriatric ages in diverse settings, including inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehab.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide coverage across multiple locations, ensuring consistent care and smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• BLS certification within 90 days of start date
• Doctorate (OTD) or Master's (MOT) in Occupational Therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on accepted practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide coverage across departments and locations, including inpatient and outpatient services.
