Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Oklahoma OT license.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer diverse patient care procedures within OT.
• Evaluate referrals and develop/modify plan of care with goals.
• Perform comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and safety assessments.
• Conduct initial assessment and plan of care per physician order.
• Administer modalities, exercises, and treatment procedures.
• Maintain progress notes and departmental documentation.
• Promote education within the Occupational Therapy Department.
• Direct rehabilitation technicians as needed for patient care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team.
• Regularly re-evaluate client needs and revise plans.
