Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our float pool. You will plan and execute patient-centered OT programs across neonatal to geriatric ages in diverse settings, including inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehab.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide coverage across multiple locations, ensuring consistent care and smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• BLS certification within 90 days of start date
• Doctorate (OTD) or Master's (MOT) in Occupational Therapy preferred

• Provide coverage across different departments as needed, including acute inpatient and outpatient services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Doctorate (OTD) or Master's (MOT) in Occupational Therapy preferred. Relevant education accepted for candidates prior to 2007.
• Experience: Preferred one year of clinical experience.
• Certifications/Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days; Licensed Occupational Therapist from the applicable licensing board.
