Lumexa Imaging, Inc. is looking for a Float MRI Technologist to cover multiple outpatient imaging centers in the Fort Worth area, including Fort Worth (Rosedale), Burleson, and Southwest Fort Worth.

The role emphasizes high-quality MRI procedures, patient safety and comfort, and an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced environment, with no on-call requirements and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or ARMRIT.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable).
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Position Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
