Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC, in partnership with Lumexa Imaging, is seeking an MRI Technologist for an outpatient imaging center in Lewisville, TX. The role focuses on high-quality MRI procedures, patient safety, comfort, and exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include screening, positioning, image quality, monitoring during procedures, and coordination with radiologists and staff. Comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable).
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program

Position Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
