Lumexa Imaging, Inc. is seeking an MRI Technologist for our Oklahoma City center. This full-time position (40 hrs/wk) offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits. You will perform MRI studies, ensure patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging.

Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited technologist program with ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT. Join a fast-paced, patient-focused outpatient environment committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable).
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas.

Education

Position Summary

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
