Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting, ensuring patient safety, comfort and accurate imaging for an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires ARRT CT registry and graduation from an accredited RT program, with opportunities to collaborate with radiologists and frontline staff; schedule is 3 twelve-hour shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• ARRT certification is required.
• CT registry must be current.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality.
• Administer contrast media per orders and policies.
• Monitor patients for safety and comfort during procedures.
• Verify patient information, orders and documentation.
• Maintain CT equipment and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and radiation standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff; maintain exam rooms.

Position Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
• Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
• Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
