St Mary’s Bank Credit Union is seeking a Float Member Service Associate II to provide exceptional member service while supporting multiple branches. You will conduct needs-based conversations, open deposit accounts, and originate loans, all while meeting sales and relationship goals.

This role requires banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel between branches to maintain consistent member experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of banking or financial services experience.
• Minimum two years of loan origination and closing experience.
• Demonstrated strong sales performance in deposit growth, lending, and product penetration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong member relationships.
• Professional image and ability to travel between branch locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coverage for staffing shortages across multiple branches as needed.
• Greet and assist members with inquiries and financial needs via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand member goals and recommend deposit and lending solutions.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts within assigned authority, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Originate, process, and close consumer loans in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and deepen member relationships by identifying opportunities to add value and cross-sell.
• Perform account maintenance and teller transactions with accuracy.
• Meet sales, lending, and relationship-management standards through onboarding activities and referrals.
• Identify and resolve member issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain records of member interactions, applications, approvals/denials, and transactions.
• Work with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end member service and sales experience.
• Support lobby engagement by assisting members with complex conversations referred by others.
• Learn and follow branch-specific processes, including loan documentation routines.
