Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling.
• At least 6 months experience as a teller/MRS I or related in a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of transactions in a professional manner (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, account openings/closings).
• Engage members to assess financial needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Meet individual and group sales goals using available techniques.
• Assist with loan applications and disbursements.
• Travel to various branches within the network as needed.
