Job summary

First Harvest Credit Union in Camden, NJ seeks an MRS II to deliver exceptional member service, promote products, and process transactions across branches. The role includes opening accounts, assisting with loans, and ensuring regulatory compliance while traveling to branches as needed.

Minimum 1 year in customer service and cash handling, plus 2 years in financial services with lending and sales. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency adds a $0.50/hour premium when demonstrated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience.
• At least 6 months as teller/MRS I or related role preferred.
• Experience in financial services with lending, sales, and member service (2+ years) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to other branches as required.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of transactions accurately.
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loans, and accounts.
• Promote credit union products to meet member needs.
• Meet sales goals using appropriate techniques.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve issues.
• Represent FHCU at community events and support business development.
• Travel to branches as needed to cover network.
