Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Float Medical Assistant to support multiple locations across the state/region. The role combines clinical assistance with front-desk responsibilities to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will work closely with a primary care physician to deliver high-quality care, take vitals, perform injections when needed, handle phlebotomy, and support labs and follow-up communication. Travel readiness and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• MA certificate or registration strongly preferred where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to rooms and aid with room setup.
• Take vitals and assist with procedures as directed by provider.
• Support front desk tasks, scheduling, and medical record requests.
• Assist with medications and immunizations per written orders.
