A healthcare provider in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant I (Float) to work full-time at their Hollywood health center, assisting patients and supporting reproductive health care services. The ideal candidate has a medical assistant diploma and at least one year of clinical experience, along with strong clinical and customer service skills. Flexible scheduling is required, and generous salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) to two (2) years experience in a clinical setting.
• Availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
• Keep current on relevant anatomy and physiology, methods of contraception, STIs.

Responsabilités

• Obtain medical history, interview and educate clients ensuring informed consent.
• Assist with the Patient Portal Enrollment process.
• Provide abortion education per agency protocols.
