Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our float team in Wisconsin. The MA will support patient care across multiple locations, serving as both a front-desk liaison and a clinical assistant to the provider.

Requirements include at least 1 year of MA experience, completion of an MA program, and CPR/BLS certification at start date. Phlebotomy experience is preferred, and travel to various sites within the state/region will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• National or state-specific MA certification or registration is preferred; required in states where certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and assist with prep and procedures.
• Take vitals, collect specimens, administer injections as directed.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, and coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate results to patients.
