Job summary

PriMED Physicians, one of Dayton’s largest independent medical groups, seeks a Full-time Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant to float across Englewood, Huber Heights, Dayton, Beavercreek, Centerville, and Springboro. Role covers rooming, patient evaluation, and procedures like immunizations and venipuncture.

Minimum qualifications include Medical Assistant training/experience or an Ohio LPN/RN license, with 1 year in a medical office preferred and EHR experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one of the following prerequisites: Medical Assistant training/experience or current unrestricted LPN/RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of one-year experience in the medical office setting is preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and a good role model.

Responsibilities

• Rooming and evaluating patients, taking history, performing evaluations (temperature, height, weight, etc.).
• Administering immunizations and flu shots; venipuncture; splinting, O2 saturation, cathing, suctioning, and ear irrigation.
• Medical chart documentation, maintaining medical supplies, stocking rooms and using sterilization equipment.
