Job summary

OhioHealth, a leading health system in Central Ohio, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to float among Westerville, Grove City, Grandview, Reynoldsburg, and surrounding areas. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, with no holidays or weekends, to provide nursing care across diverse settings in collaboration with the health care team.

The LPN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; delegate tasks to UAPs per state regulations; contribute to quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Ohio LPN license.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required.
• Must have completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum.
• Document assessments and care plans; collaborate with health care team.
• Delegate tasks to UAPs as allowed by Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement and patient advocacy.
• Coordinate continuity of care across multiple locations in Central Ohio.
