• Phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing experience.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Administer vaccines, perform phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient medical histories in EHR.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assess mood and cognition.
• Educate patients on medications, self-care, and disease management.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Keep clinic organized, clean, and stocked.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
