Job summary

Candidates should have at least one year of healthcare experience, LPN/LVN licensure in the U.S., and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current, full, active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the U.S.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room settings.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification meeting the required validity period.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete the initial three-week training and orientation period.
• Availability to work the required full-time clinic schedule, including every other weekend and some major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments within licensure scope.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor health.
• Measure vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Collect phlebotomy samples and vaccines; conduct point-of-care testing.
• Document patient information in EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on medication administration and self-care.
• Maintain a clean, stocked clinic environment.
• Follow clinical protocols, safety and regulatory standards.
• Connect patients with community resources when needed.
