Job summary

Responsibilities cover patient assessments, medication administration, phlebotomy, and EMR documentation. The role requires active licensure, BLS, and 1+ year of healthcare experience in primary or urgent care or ER settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or ER settings.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments within licensure.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
• Document medical histories, medications, allergies, and treatment responses in EMR.
• Support patient screening and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Follow infection-control protocols.
