Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an outpatient clinic in Saint Michael, MN. The role is full-time with on-site work and a pay rate of $37.17 per hour.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes. Requirements include an active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license, current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of healthcare

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of related healthcare experience.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Epic EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Identify and document abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and document clinical findings.
• Perform or assist with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, surgeries, and other relevant information in the EMR.
• Conduct medication reviews and identify potential side effects or drug interactions.
• Provide patient education related to self-care and disease management.
• Help connect patients with appropriate healthcare and community resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment
