Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for an outpatient clinic in Minneapolis, MN. This contract-to-hire position is full-time, on-site, with a 32–40 hour work week and a starting pay rate of $37.17 per hour.

The role includes patient assessments, medication administration, and EMR documentation within a clinical team. Training occurs upfront, with benefits eligibility after 90 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, surgeries in EMR.
• Assist with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Provide patient education on self-care and disease management.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
