Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing and at least one year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 14 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and data collection.
• Performs ongoing assessments, diagnoses, and planning of interventions.
• Documents in patient records per health system standards.
• Educates patients and families on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, and discharge instructions.
• Demonstrates commitment to patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Engages in evidence-based practice and collaborates with outcomes managers.
