Live Well Homecare Float Pool nurses provide exceptional, patient-centered care across diverse units, including ICUs and ER. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards, educate patients and families, and promote safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and two years of acute care experience.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness; experience in diverse clinical settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers.
