LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Special Float Pool, supporting two hospitals with a full-time night schedule. This role offers clinical variety across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry, and emphasizes direct patient care, patient education, and safety.

The position values clinical excellence, adaptability, teamwork, and service to diverse patient populations, with floating between campuses, collaboration with inpatient units,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of acute care experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; ICU/ED experience and certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, planning, and care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
