Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Increase member penetration and sell credit union products.
• Process member transactions including deposits and loan payments.
• Provide problem resolution support and refer complex issues to management.
