Job summary

Vista Care is hiring a Float Direct Support Professional to cover multiple programs in a region, traveling between homes to provide high-quality care in accordance with ISP, BSP and medical plans. The Float DSP will also assist individuals in daily living activities and document health and safety data.

The role requires driving to assigned locations, modeling Vista Care values, and ensuring dignified, respectful treatment of all individuals served.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Excellent attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple programs in a region with travel as assigned.
• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Train and support DSP staff and maintain care quality.
• Document health, vitals, and activity data accurately.
• Assist with personal cares, meals, and daily living tasks.
