Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community involvement.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of residents by monitoring health.
• Follow individualized support plans for each resident.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
• Foster a positive environment and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Communicate with DSPs, supervisors, and healthcare professionals.
• Travel between DDM homes to cover staff absences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Ensure compliance with DDM policies and guidelines.
