Job summary

Partnership Resources Inc is seeking a Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in day programs and community job sites.

This part-time role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends. Responsibilities include facilitating skill development activities and providing job coaching support. The salary ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Must be comfortable working at different locations.
• Must be able to pass a background check with the MN Department of Human Services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities focused on skill development.
• Support community engagement by accompanying individuals.
• Work alongside people who have disabilities at their job sites.
• Provide job coaching support.
