Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services.
• Attend training to support individuals served and meet company objectives.
• Participate in community outings, orient new employees, and model timely documentation.
• Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment.
• Review progress and coordinate shift objectives for individuals served.
• Deliver services such as skills training and job coaching per IP/treatment plan.
