Job summary

Partnership Resources, Inc. is looking for a Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in various settings. This part-time role requires averaging 30-35 hours weekly, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 4 PM.

Responsible for facilitating activities and supporting individuals at their jobs, the DSP provides essential coaching and advocacy. Benefits include paid time off, medical insurance, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel.
• Must be comfortable working at different locations.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Must be able to push/pull/lift 21-50 pounds.
• Ability or willingness to learn basic computer skills.
