Job summary

STRiVE Colorado IDD Services seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float to support health, safety, growth, and independence of individuals served. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with scheduling across vocational/day programs and community settings.

Must maintain QMAP and pass background checks; duties include medication supervision and emergency response. The DSP Float will adapt to different program locations based on coverage needs and follow individual plans, supervision

Qualifications

• Maintains QMAP certification in good standing.
• All positions require background check clearance.
• 40-hour-per-week DSP float coverage across programs.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and supervises medication routines.
• Provides medical care/treatment and follows orders.
• Responds to medical, behavioral, and other emergencies.
• Completes accurate, timely service documentation and ISP data.
• Transports individuals using STRiVE vehicles when required.
