Job summary

Qualifications

• Passing transcript or certification within last 2 years; CNA within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care including toileting, bathing, mobility, and comfort.
• Report changes in patient condition and document findings promptly.
• Collaborate with RN and care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform telemetry duties and act as health unit coordinator when needed.
• Maintain unit supplies and respond to patient and family requests with care.
• Follow safety policies and emergency procedures to foster a safe environment.
