Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide front-line resident care across Benedictine facilities. You will travel within the Benedictine region to support residents with dignity, respect and choices in their care.

The role requires good communication, English literacy, and a current Nursing Assistant registry with BLS certification. Evening shifts are available with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
