Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple Benedictine facilities in the upper Midwest. This floating role requires strong communication with RNs/LPNs, accurate charting in POC systems, and a commitment to dignity and resident choice.

The position involves travel within a designated Benedictine region as needed, offering a robust benefits package, including PTO, retirement options, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
