Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA‑NAR (Float) to travel between facilities, delivering direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will report changes to nursing staff and document in the point-of-care system, while managing time and prioritizing tasks across a Benedictine region.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while documenting in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel to and provide care within a Benedictine region as needed.

As a CNA‑NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• The CNA‑NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA‑NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA‑NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
