Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Rochester Madonna Meadows in Rochester, MN is seeking a CNA-NAR Float to support residents across a Benedictine region. This casual, travel-ready role requires delivering direct resident care, monitoring changes, and documenting in the POC system while collaborating with RNs and LPNs.

You must be in good standing on the state registry, possess strong communication skills, read and write English, and hold BLS certification.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
